Beyond Career is a fast-growing career startup helping students crack consulting, strategy, product, and high-impact roles through real-world projects, curated resources, and mentorship. This role sits directly with the Founder’s Office, working on the most critical problems of the business.
Role Overview
This is not an execution-only role. You will work closely with the founder on strategy, growth, partnerships, and operations, gaining first-hand exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Work on business strategy, market research, and growth initiatives
Analyze user data, feedback, and funnels to improve product adoption
Support new product launches (career tools, AI products, live cohorts)
Assist in partnerships, collaborations, and outreach
Create structured decks, reports, and founder-level documents
Own ad-hoc high-priority tasks critical to company growth
Who Should Apply
Strong structured thinking & problem-solving skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Prior exposure to consulting, startups, product, or strategy is a plus
MBA / Final-year UG / Early professionals preferred
