We combine business strategy, growth strategy, and digital marketing strategy with hands-on execution through projects, mentorship, and curated learning.
Our mission goes beyond just explaining "what is strategy" — we help you apply corporate strategy, brand strategy, and go to market strategy (GTM strategy) in real startup environments. This role is part of the Founder's Office, where core decisions around business growth, strategy implementation, and product scaling happen.
Role Overview
This is not a typical execution role. You will work directly with the founder on growth strategy, business strategy, and marketing strategy, gaining exposure to how startups scale from zero to meaningful traction.
You'll actively contribute to strategy formulation, SEO strategy, social media marketing strategy, and sales strategy, while solving real problems across product, growth, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work on business growth, growth strategy, and corporate strategy initiatives Execute and refine digital marketing strategy, content strategy, and SEO strategy Analyze user funnels, behavior, and data to improve business growth and product adoption Support product launches aligned with go to market strategy and pricing strategies Build structured insights on types of strategies, strategy implementation, and market positioning Contribute to partnerships, outreach, and communication strategy Assist in creating high-impact documents related to strategy consulting and business growth Own ad-hoc high-priority tasks critical to company growth Who Should Apply
Strong understanding of business strategy, growth strategy, and marketing strategy Ability to break down and apply strategy concepts practically Interest in startup growth, business growth, and real-world strategy execution Comfortable working in high-ownership environments like the Founder's Office Strong structured thinking & problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Prior exposure to consulting, startups, product, or strategy is a plus MBA / Final-year UG / Early professionals preferred What You'll Gain
