Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Intern to support our team in creating and maintaining a strong organizational culture. You will play a vital role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative processes, contributing to the growth of a startup that’s shaping the future of career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
Help design and implement initiatives to foster team collaboration and motivation.
Organize virtual events and activities to strengthen company culture
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires.
Policy Development:
Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Assist in tracking and evaluating employee performance metrics.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve team productivity and satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education: Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.
