Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Intern to support our team in creating and maintaining a strong organizational culture. You will play a vital role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative processes, contributing to the growth of a startup that's shaping the future of career development.

At Beyond Career, HR isn't limited to operations. It sits at the core of everything — from talent acquisition and employer branding to employee engagement, culture design, and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

Help design and implement initiatives to foster team collaboration and motivation
Organize virtual events and activities to strengthen company culture

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires

Policy Development

Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Performance Management

Assist in tracking and evaluating employee performance metrics
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve team productivity and satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus
